On Monday 18th December 2017, passed away peacefully at home, aged 59 years.
The dearly loved partner of Mark, loved brother of Susan, Stephen, Andrew and Samantha and a dear brother-in-law, uncle and great-uncle.
The Funeral Service and Committal will take place at Rawdon Crematorium Chapel on Tuesday 2nd January 2018 at 1.40pm prior to cremation.
Family flowers only please, donations may be made in memory of Terry to Yorkshire Cancer Research for which a collection plate will be available at the service.

The road is long with many a winding turn that leads us to who knows where who knows where but I'm strong strong enough to carry him he ain't heavy he's my brother so terry on we go his welfare is my concern no burden is he I will always love you now and forever x

Our hearts are full of sadness right now but we feel so lucky to have had you in our lives, we all have such wonderful memories of happy times spent together with you, you were a wonderful person and your humour, kindness and sense of fun will stay in our memories forever, we will always love and miss you Terry, goodnight and God bless, all our love always x
