In loving memory of Jacqueline Mary Hancock who sadly passed away on 7th September 2017 at 04:05.

Jackie died at the tender age of 69. Wife to John for nearly 50 years. Mother to Mark and Jason. Mother in law to Deb and Paulette. Mama, Nana and Nan to Tina, Sam, Fran, Stacey, Deshaun, Kelsie, Morgan & Molly. Life long friend to Paul and Deb.

Sadly Jackie was diagnosed with Terminal Lung Cancer in April 2017 and was given 6-9 months life expectancy. In that time many priceless memories were made that made the 5 months that she was with us adventurous, funny, tearful, but most importantly.....cherished!!!

Whilst on one of our adventures, Jackie made it quite clear that she was going to live her remaining time to the full and when the day came for her to go, then we should celebrate her life with a "Sky Party".

In the time since being diagnosed, the NHS were absolutely amazing and very supportive. A huge thanks to the Frazer ward who were so empathetic, gracious, yet always professional.

So to show our gratitude, we would like any donations to go to them, in order for them to continue in the fantastic work in providing "End of Life" care to their patients and loved ones.

Jackie Hancock.....you honestly were the most amazing woman I ever came across in my life. You had the most driest sense of humour, even to the end, and made me constantly laugh with your one liners. I even go to ring you, before realising that you aren't here to hear my rants or to tell you the most boring thing. We spoke about everything, and I still cant believe you aren't here to here to tell me "to shut the f*** up"....lol. I promise you this, and that is that I will take care of John, Jason and the girls to the best of my capability. I will never be able to iron like you and the kids will never enjoy my food as much as they did mamas. Sleep tight Beautiful and I will see you in my dreams... Love you....Love your Eddie aka (your little fat friend) xxxxxxx
