I am sorry I can't be there tomorrow to celebrate your life but I will be raising a glass of Vin Blanc to you. We have been friends for many years since the day when I asked you to do a shorthand and typing test, which, with hindsight was a bit of an insult to your professionalism. I will miss our Tuesday night meetings in the Bumblebee where we would put the world to rights and our daily battles and chats on Lexulous. I am so happy you were able to spend the last weeks of your life with your daughters and their families. You were such a joy to be with, kind, generous and confidential. I am going to miss you lots xxx

The years we shared were full of joy, the memories you made with us all will go on and on
You lit up our lives with your friendship, kindness and banter
So now that you’re gone how can we forget, because you were the greatest person we ever met.
Gone but not forgotten.
Rest in peace Margaret love from the cheeky girls, Michelle, Wendy, Chelsea, Tracy, Liz and Deb.XXX

I have had the pleasure of knowing and working with Margaret for 10 years and she has been the consummate professional in everything she did. She looked after me and took care of everything and I am not sure how I will fill the void that she has left. Her care and attention to detail were impeccable and her loyalty was simply unwavering.

Margaret was simply a fabulous Lady, who was loving and kind in everything she did.
My thoughts go out to her family, friends and colleagues who I know will be feeling a lot of sadness after she was taken so suddenly.

The pain will diminish with time but our love for and our memories of Margaret will not.

Margaret you were a true rock and I miss you greatly.

Dearest Margaret,
I can't begin to say how much I'm going to miss you. We were work colleagues and friends for a very long time and hit it off from the day I had to give you a shorthand and typing test, which in retrospect, was a bit of an insult to your professionalism! Since I retired, we have met frequently and put the world to rights and also played very competitive games of Lexulous daily - your knowledge of obscure words being far greater than mine. My sympathies go out to your family at this tragic time. I am so sorry I won't be able to be there on Thursday as I am on holiday but I will raise a glass to you and our friendship. With love Pennie x
