In loving memory of the late Anna Marie Betts who sadly passed away on 9th October 2014.

Anna was an inspiring lady, always had a smile on her face no matter what bridges she may have had to cross. She was a loving wife, mother, grandma, daughter & sister as well as being everybody's friend.
There was nobody she wouldn't talk to, she had so much time for anybody and we think everybody would agree when we say she touched everybody's heart no matter who you were. There was no problem big or small that you couldn't take to Anna, she was always there as a shoulder to cry on. So strong, putting everybody else's needs before herself.

Anna had a good life she lived and she loved, taking nothing for granted. In her 53 years of life it was packed full of fun, laughter and love and she really did everything she wanted to do. She was grateful for the life she had and always had a beaming smile upon her pretty face.

Anna battled cancer for 11 years but despite this she remained more positive than anybody could imagine, anything she was offered she would take and she fought till the very end. The most inspiring thing about Anna was she never let this disease get her down or make her unhappy despite having many hurdles to climb over or crawl under. She always Believed she would beat cancer and this is very much what kept her going.

It brings great sadness to us as a family that Anna lost her battle, if courage and strength alone could have saved her she would have won 1000 times over. We are deeply comforted by all the well wishes and how well Anna is spoken of. I think you will all agree when we say you each have a happy memory of Anna you can forever cherish. We as a family have many happy memories that we will never forget and in our hearts Anna will always remain.

We would like to take this chance to thank each and every one of you who had an input in Anna's life. We will never forget her or the truly amazing woman she is, forever she will live on with us as she will always be here with us in our hearts. A link that can never be undone!

As a family you had more than your fair share of challenges, but we never heard you let things get you down, always so positive and happy. It was with such sadness we heard of Annas passing. Anna was always such a happy and caring mum, so cheerful and friendly. We have not seen her for a few years but remember like yesterday her bright smiling face and the fun she had at Bamboozle family days with Joseph and Stefan. Our thoughts are with all her family and friends at such a difficult time. With love from all at Bamboozle Theatre company .

I haven't seen Anna for several years but remember her from when we worked together in a bank in the 1980's. Anna was a lovely person - always relaxed, happy and smiling, never had a bad word for anyone. The last time I saw Anna was the day before she was due to have major surgery and I have never known anyone so positive about the prognosis of her illness. She really inspired me. I don't know your family, but I know that we were expecting our first babies at the same time. Sincere condolences to all your family. Rest in peace, Anna, you were such a wonderful person and you will be very sadly missed.
