In loving memory of Claire Louise Baker who sadly passed away on 15th July 2017

It is with a heavy heart that the family wish to announce the sad passing of Claire, aged 40years. She fought a long illness with great courage, dignity and humour. A beloved and cherished Mum, Nan, Daughter, Sister and Aunty.
She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Claire is in the care of Lyndsay Ellis @ The Vale Funeral Service, Court Road, Barry until her service at Cardiff & Glamorgan Crematorium, Barry on Monday 24th July at 1pm
No flowers by request - donations gratefully received to support Marie Curie Hospice, Bridgeman Road, Penarth

A lovely service for a lovely person, some laughter and tears of sadness. Claire was a good friend of mine throughout Bryn Hafren memories I will cherish forever. My thoughts are with the family at this sad time xxx
