On Tuesday 11th July 2017, passed away peacefully at home, aged 72 years.
The much loved wife of Colin, dearly loved mum of Tracey, Louise and Suzy, dear mother-in-law of Richard, Michael and Pat, dear grandma to Ryan, Jade, Laura, Danny, Ben and Sammy, great grandma of Charli, Millie, Lexie, Maisie and Tillie and a loved sister, sister in law and auntie.
The Funeral Service and Committal will take place at Cottingley Hall Crematorium Chapel on Friday 21st July at 3.00pm prior to cremation.
Flowers may be delivered to Thomasons Funeral Service, 120a – 122 Crossgates Road, Leeds LS15 7NL. Tel: 0113 2641405 and should arrive before 12.00. Alternatively donations may be made in memory of Annette to Wheatfields Hospice for which a collection plate will be available at the service.
