Passed suddenly away in Queens Hospital on
Sunday 21st September, Aged 51 years.

Loving husband of Daryl, beloved son of Beryl and the late Harold,
much loved father of Marvin, Teresa
and Robert, father in law of Liz and George, treasured grandad of Jodie, Lennon, Cerys, Aiminee, Curlissa and Jayden, also a loving brother.

A funeral service will be held in the Carnarvon Chapel
at Bretby Crematorium on Wednesday 8th October 2014 at 10.30am

Family flowers only please, donations in memory of Andy for R.S.P.C.A. (Burton) may be placed in the collection plate following the service.
