In loving memory of Thomas Morgan Jones who sadly passed away on 1st May 2017
Suddenly but peacefully after a short illness, at the University Hospital of Wales Tom, aged 88 years. Beloved husband of the late Phoebe and much loved father of Stephen and Lynda.
Adored Grandfather to Melanie, Felicity, Louisa, Stephen, Lloyd and Liberty. Devoted Great grandfather to Curtis, Chiara, Sophia, Mitchell, Caiden,Lincoln, Casey, Mia, Bibi, Ellie-Mae and Dylan. Deeply cherished by Anne, Jo, Des, Rhys, Hannah, Sarah, Stez and James.
Resting at The Vale Funeral Service, Court Road, Barry, until his service at St Curig’s Church, Porthkerry on 18th May 2017 at 11:30 am.
