Passed away suddenly but peacefully on 17th April 2017.
Loved by all and will be greatly missed by family and friends
Derek will be received into St Alban's Catholic Church, Chaddesden on Wednesday 3rd May at 6.00 pm.
Funeral Thursday, Requiem Mass at 10.00 am followed by a committal service in the main chapel at Markeaton Crematorium.
