My beautiful angel & much loved wife of Geoff, loving Mum of Elise & Paul and Geoffrey & Rhianne, dearest Nan of Simon & Madeline. Will be greatly missed by all family & friends.

A Thanksgiving service of Jacqui’s life will be held at the Exeter & Devon Crematorium on Friday 18th November at 2pm.
