Hazel Worley's wonderful life came to an end on 12th August 2016, aged 79 years, peacefully, at home with her family. She was greatly cherished by her children Jo and Andrew and their spouses Martin and Helen, her Grandchildren Isaac, Brad, Martha, Miriam, Sadie, Ruby and Scarlett and her brother, nieces, nephews and friends.
Hazel will be remembered for her joie de vive, kindness and generosity .
