Chapel of Rest for anyone wishing to visit Corey is open Monday - Friday 9.30am - 4.30pm at A W Lymn, The Family Funeral Service, 53 Portland Road, Hucknall, Nottingham, NG15 7SL.
Corey's family have requested that all that attend the celebration of Corey's life wear something orange.
The family would like to invite everyone who wishes to carry on celebrating Corey's life after the service at Bramcote Cremaorium at Rolls-Royce Leisure Club, Watnall Road, Hucknall, Nottingham, NG15 6EU.
No flowers please, but donations in lieu to When You Wish Upon A Star and Dreams Come True may be donated on line here, direct to A W Lymn, The Family Funeral Service and a donation box will be available on the day of the service at Bramcote Crematorium.

Jack came to me with his hudl the other day and said I didn't know you played this game mum you've got a high score... i told him I didn't play it then realised it's what you had down loaded and played on my tablet we both laughed and said that's corey!!
