In loving memory of the late Peter Keith Slater from Cottesmore. Died in hospital after a short illness on 7th July 2014 aged 78 years.
A keen football supporter and bowler.
Loving husband to Mary. Dear father to Melvyn and Brian. Loving grandad and great grandad.
He will be missed by all his family and friends.
