Spain 1982.There we were in Bilbao,innocent,teetotal,sober England fans.Of course we behaved in a proper manner throughout the tournament and only had the minor indulgence in alcoholic consumption!!!

Met Allan in 1974 when we worked together in the navy and have remained life long friends. Always had great times when we met up over the years. Will always recall Allan when I drink a pint of Butty Bach, as we both liked the brew taking about football. Thanks for the all the memories. Our thoughts are with Lyn and the family. Will miss you. So sad to hear of Allans passing. Have such fond memories of when Merissa and I were young, along with our friends. We always had banter with Allan. He was such a good dad. In recent yrs have bumped into Allan, and spoke so highly of Merissa and all she has achieved, and of his lovely grandchildren. Sleep peacefully, and R.I.P Allan.

So sad to hear of Allans passing. I have fond memories of when Merissa was young, we were all friends and we all used to have banter with Allan. In more recent years, Allan came to the Dr's where I worked, talked so highly of Merissa and all she's achieved and of his grandchildren. Sleep peacefully and may you R.I.P Allan.
