In loving memory of Jo Allen who sadly passed away on 21st February 2016.

A kind, generous soul whose tenacity and courage helped her to overcome all obstacles and live her life to the full.

Jo supported and encouraged others with disabilities to reach their full potential, she truly was a pillar of the community who was loved by all.

With an infectious smile that would brighten anyone's day, Jo was a loving daughter, sister, wife, partner, step-mother and friend who will be sorely missed.

Today a friend was laid to rest, she was my confident, counsellor, best friend, her disability never stopped her doing anything. She was fun, we laughed a lot, we took on the world together when we worked in the Police. She was impulsive a good listener and great mate. RIP Jo Allen xxx

I only knew Jo for around three years, but throughout that short time I saw her as a part of our family. She was loving and crazy, and her and mum were so happy together. The universe took Jo from from us too soon - there were so many days out and so many hours spent talking and laughing to look forward to. I will always remember her beautiful smile and her love of life. I love you a billion times more than anything you say <3 Sweet dreams, José Alleno <3 xxx
