In loving memory of Malcolm James Smith who sadly passed away on 4th September 2026

Janine Gosling wrote

I have SO many fond childhood memories from always being welcome as part of the Smith family (their '3rd daughter'!) as well as being fondly called "Ginger Tom from next door but one" by Malcolm.
Rest in Peace Malcolm - you will be greatly missed. x

Malcolm was much more than a loyal employee for over 40 years - he was also a friend, colleague, mentor and confidant. He was a trucker through and through and a professional at his job. May he rest in peace

Grandad Malcy was a constant in my life. From being lifted up to the truck cab for the first time, to haphazardly steering it around a farm yard, to reminiscing about it with him in the last few months, his whole life was spent on the move. Hopefully he’s still doing so now. Rest in peace grandad x
