With the greatest sadness we share the passing our Beloved Kevin, who passed away peacefully on Wednesday 19th August aged 87. He was a much loved Husband, Dad, Grandad, Brother, Uncle and friend. He was at the very heart of our family and will be missed more than words can ever say.
Dad lived a long, healthy and very happy life, surrounded by a family who adored him.
We will remember his warmth, his larger than life character, his stories and his laughter, and most of all the love he gave so generously to all of us.
We feel incredibly lucky to have had him in our lives for so many years and to have so many wonderful memories to hold onto.
His funeral will be a celebration of his life and an opportunity for those who knew and loved him to come together, remember him and say goodbye.
Details of the funeral can be found on this page and we would be very touched to have you join us in celebrating a very special man who meant so much to so many.

Forever loved, forever missed and always and forever in our hearts

To my wonderful uncle Kevin, we will miss you so very much. You were a force of nature, whose storytelling and laughter lit up every room. You brought so much joy to our lives and as soon as I saw you I started smiling. All my love, andrea.💔💔💔

To my Grandad,

It’s so hard to wrap my head around the fact that you’re not here anymore. You have been my rock for the last 22 years, from taking me to my dancing lessons — traumatising me when you fell asleep at a red light and I genuinely thought you were dead — to becoming not only my Grandad, but my best friend.

I know that life without you is going to be extremely hard. The hole you have left behind is impossible to fill, but I am forever grateful and blessed to have had a man like you in my life.

You have given me so many memories that I will carry with me forever. I hope you know just how loved you were and how much you meant to me.

I love you more than words could ever explain, and I will miss you every single day.

Love your Molly moo xx🤍

Our Dear Kev,
Not a brother in law, he was a brother to us girls. We all loved him so much. He was an inspiration to us all, with his knowledge about so many topics - especially food which he loved. Kev was a pleasure to cook for. Terry not only lost his brother in law, but a best friend. We are so glad we had so many wonderful holiday and lovely memories together. God bless you Kev, you are one in a million. You are with some lovely people up there. We will all look after Pat, the girls and boys. Love you lots , Margaret and Terry xxx

Kevin, I don’t have the words to say how heartbroken I am. I am going to miss you so much, especially our phone calls, where we laughed and laughed. I couldn’t have had a better brother. I love you and I miss you terribly. All my love Carolyn. 💔💔💔

I’m really going to miss you mate. Your character could light up any room, and I’ll always remember your love of nature and animals, and your absolute devotion to Pat and your girls. From the very beginning, you made me feel so welcome and part of your family, and I’ll always be grateful for that. Thank you for all the memories. You’ll never be forgotten.
Love, Mark ❤️
