It's been hard to hear of the news of Richard passing so soon. You were a fabulous leader - you inspired us, you encouraged us to reach our full potential and you were authentic in all of your interactions at work. We all still miss working with you and under you, we would have continued to give our best. I had hoped to meet you again after Pera, but it never happened. Rest easy Richard. Please know that you were well regarded and well respected by us all. Bally x
