STARTIN- Sally of Melksham passed away suddenly at home on 22nd January 2016 aged 63 years.
Dearly loved Wife of John, dear Mum of Naomi and Stuart and Grandmother of Joshua, Cameron, Elizabeth, Amber and Adam.
The funeral service takes place Thursday 4th February, 1pm at West Wiltshire crematorium, Semington.
