In loving memory of William Scott Weir "Bill", a beloved Husband, Father and friend, who sadly passed away on 17th June 2026, aged 69.

Bill's funeral will take place at Mansfield Crematorium in the Thoresby Chapel on Wednesday 1st July 2026 at 1:15pm.

Donations in lieu of flowers are welcome, and will benefit the John Eastwood Hospice Trust.

Hi Bills family,
I just came across this when looking for my grandad Johns obituary, they were neighbours in John Eastwood hospice for a few weeks, Bill loved spending time with our family dog Zimba, and Bill was always so friendly to us all, and your lovely wife helped me out more than once whilst I was in visiting my grandad even if it was lending me scissors or showing me where to find the the spoons and always having such a friendly face. I just want to send my condolences to you all if you get to see this, stay strong.
