Farewell Dave. You are much missed at Papplewick. I have very fond memories sitting listening to the sound of the cams in the engine house with you and always think of you when I hear them. Rest in peace

In loving memory of David Lawrence Ambler, a beloved Husband, Brother-In-Law, Uncle, Cousin, friend and colleague, who sadly passed away on 3rd June 2026, aged 90.
David's funeral service will take place at Mansfield Crematorium in the Newstead Chapel on Monday 29th June 2026 at 1pm.
Donations in lieu of flowers are welcome and will benefit the Papplewick Pumping Station Trust.
