In loving memory of Janet Jacqueline Johnson who sadly passed away on 30th January 2016.
Jan fought gallantly and is now at peace and reunited with her father William.
Devoted wife to Michael and mother to Emma and James. Jan will be dearly missed by her family and friends.
The funeral service will take place at Basingstoke Crematorium on Thursday 11th February at 2pm.
