In loving memory of Dave Sampson who sadly passed away on 1st June 2026 at Pendruccombe House, Launceston, aged 81 years.
Father of Joy and Martyn, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, uncle and friend.
His funeral service will be held at St. Paul's Church, Upton Cross on Friday 19th June 2026 at 2.00pm, followed by interment in Rilla Mill Methodist Cemetery. Family flowers only please. Donations if desired for Pendruccombe House, for residents day trips can be made by retiring collection at the church or contact the funeral director for other methods on 01579 362358.
