Jessie Bell Wallace Bentley (1 May 1937 - 12 May 2026)

It's with great sadness that I share the news of the death of our mother Jessie Bentley. Mum passed peacefully on the 12th May 26 with family at her bedside.

Mum's funeral (Jessie Bentley) will take place on the 19th June 2026, 1130hrs at Octon Crematorium (YO25 3BL). Family flowers only and any donations will be in aide of Lewy Body Dementia Society UK.

We will be remembering and celebrating mum's life, at the United Services Club, Pocklington (YO42 2AG) from 1300hrs following the service. We would love to hear memories from over the years from family, friends, ex staff and acquaintances alike.. it will be lovely to see many of you again either at the funeral service, wake or both.
