Malcolm Gill wrote

Written by Wendy Gill on behalf of Malcolm and Jane Gill
Some memories shared by Malc and Jane.

Malcolm used to help Keith with his milk round many many years ago in Bartley Green. Keith and Malcolm always had a strong bond as brothers. "If ever Keith needed help with the house I would be there; like building a fireplace in Peace Gordesley or re-doing the garage roof in Pinewood Close. The same could be said of Keith; like when we move into our new house we were there for a day and he came round and knocked a wall down! Keith got a bit stressed, panting, and puffing saying "Malcolm, you've bitten off more than you can chew"! (the irony was it was dad that was the stressing and creating the demolition ah ah).
"Spent many social events with Keith but the highlight was a karoke machine one new year and he kicked the kids off all night and just hogged the machine (he wasn't very good ah ah)."
"He used to badger us for 'little' walks..... we usually ended up trekking for hours".
"The last time I saw him was at the Gardners Arms. He was having a great time......"
