In loving memory of Leanne Chapman of St Ann’s Chapel, who sadly passed away on Sunday 26th April 2026, surrounded by her family, aged 40 years old.

Loving wife of Sean, much loved Mum of Ella, and a cherished daughter, sister, aunt, and friend to many.

A service to celebrate Leanne’s life will be held at Tamar Valley Methodist Church on Wednesday 20th May at 2:00pm.

We would like this to be a celebration of Leanne’s life, so formal mourning clothes are not necessary, it was Leanne’s wish you should wear whatever you feel comfortable in.

Family flowers only, but donations in Leanne’s memory will be shared between Primrose Foundation (Breast Clinic) at Derriford Hospital, and Cornwall Hospice Care - Mount Edgcumbe Hospice, in recognition of the exceptional care she received. Donations may be given in the collection boxes provided at the service or via the JustGiving link at the top of this page.

Following the service, Leanne’s family warmly welcome everyone to join them for refreshments and to continue celebrating her life at the Honicombe Arms

Leanne our time together was always effortless, conversation flowed easily to and fro with mutual respect for one-another. Although alike in many ways I will never understand where you got your inner strength from. A strength many of us can only aspire to have. I will always cherish the time we had together and the memories we made xxx

Thoughts are with all of the family at this very sad time. Such a sad loss & taken far too soon.
We know how brave Leanne was & fought this awful disease to the end. She was so kind & helpful to me when I needed her help about a year ago. May her memories never fade. RIP.
Linda & Alan xx
