John Denver Sutcliffe (Jan 14th 1948-March 19th.2026)

Suddenly at home in Rowde, Wiltshire with his loving wife Cath by his side. Denver, a loving husband and proud and loving Dad of Hannah and Harriet, and Grandad to Nellie, Father in law to Andrew and Chris and brother to Nick.

Formerly of Todmorden West Yorkshire .A kind and loving Yorkshire man and Horseman with an infectious smile ,and a love of a good pie.

Simply the Best

His funeral will take place on Thursday 23rd April at West Wiltshire Crematorium Semington BA146HL at 11.30am.

Family flowers only and Donations to the British Heart Foundation.

So sad to hear about Denver, he was a lovely person and a great Horseman, he taught me many things about Horsemanship when I was younger, including how to pull a mane.
He was a lovely person to be around, always happy and cheerful.We have lost a true Gentleman.My memories and Respect,and Friendship of Denver will never be forgotten.

Such fond memories of Denver, a true gentleman. He taught us such a lot about riding and horsemanship at Bob Millers and was a stalwart of Pennine Riding Club for many many years. I'll never forget his smile and infectious laugh. Sending much love to Cath, Hannah, Harriet and family ❤️xx

I worked with Denver for years in the pump shop assembly department. What great laughs
we had . I remember when he met you Cath .
He was like the cat that got the cream , as if he'd won the jackpot. I will always remember you both with great Love and affection. Rest in peace my good friend.

He was a very good friend of my dad’s, when
