You were a mentor, a colleague and most importantly a friend. Always there no problem was too much. Thank you for being you always. Gone but never forgotten. Rest in peace Simon.

Simon was a wonderful colleague for the 14 years we worked together. He always had time for me and was a fabulous support. We had many little adventures out with a highlight of him being mistaken for mine and Kara’s father by some Irish garden centre owners. He was mortified to think he looked old enough to be my father. The just for men soon made an appearance. I can proudly call Simon a friend and he will be sorely missed. My thoughts are with his family at this difficult time.

You may be gone Simon but you will never be forgotten, such a kind caring person who helped so many and always had time to talk, rest peacefully my friend.
