passed away peacefully after a short illness bravely borne on 15th May 2014 aged 73 years.
Treasured friend of Sue and a friend to Gemma, much loved dad of Pauline, Linda, Alan, Paul and Mark, dear father in law of Geoff and the late Pete, devoted grandad and great grandad and a special friend to many.
The funeral service will be held in the Carnarvon Chapel at Bretby Crematorium on Monday 16th June at 12.45pm.
Family flowers only please. Donations in memory of Terry may be placed in the collection box at the service and will be forwarded to Cancer Research UK.
