In loving memory of Mary Elizabeth Jarrett who sadly passed away on 12th January 2016.
Mum went into hospital on 3rd January 2016 with an infection which we all thought she would beat as she had done so many times before after having lung cancer in 2008.
Whilst in hospital Mums health detoriated and we was given the devastating news, that she was at the end of her life and this was one fight that she wasn't going to win.
Then on 12th January 2016 at 7:45pm, Mum closed her eyes for the final time and passed away peacefully surrounded by her family.
Everyone that knew Mum knew what a loving and caring person she was. She would help anybody and would never turn her back on anybody. She really did touch so many people's hearts with her warmth and love.

Nan, So today marks 2 years since my life changing surgery!!
All I can say is wow ?
What an amazing and incredible 2 years it has been!!
Not only have I managed to lose 16 stone, but I have managed to maintain my weight loss through pure hard work and determination!
I can honestly say despite a very difficult start and all the highs and lows that I have experienced and am still experiencing, I do not regret one single second!!
It was the best decision I ever made, and has saved my life and has given so much more back to me.
There are times when it is bloody difficult, but through this amazing journey I have learned to love myself again and above all else I have been given my life back and that is so precious.
I want to say thank you to my amazing family and friends who have been on this incredible journey with me and have helped pull me through some very dark days!
Without them all by my side I really could not have done this! I love each and every one of them more than I could ever put into words ❤️❤️❤️
But without you, this journey would not have been possible. I know you can not be with me today to see my achievement but I know you are looking down on me from heaven with a huge smile on your face, saying "that's my boy".
I owe my whole life to you because you with the huge sacrifice you made, you turned my dream into a reality and saved my life.
You will always be my guardian angel and I know you are so proud of what I have achieved, so I want to say thank you Nan from the very bottom of my heart and want you to know that I love you so very much ???
