It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Stephen Heron on the 13th November 2025.
Stephen passed away peacefully at home with his loving wife Ellen by his side following a long battle with several illnesses.
Stephen is survived by his wife Ellen, his children Andrew, Michael and Louise and 7 grandchildren.
Stephen was a well loved father in law, brother, brother in law, uncle and a great friend to many.
Stephen will be greatly missed.
Stephen ( Steve ) will be remembered as working at Schneider Electric and the carpet fitter from Normans.
Ellen and the family would like to express their thanks to Abbey Meads Medical Practice and Great Western Hospital for their continuous support and kindness.
His funeral will be at 11.15am on Monday 8th December at Kingsdown Crematorium, all welcome. The family would like you to join them after the service at Blunsdon House Hotel to celebrate Stephen’s life.

We will so miss Steve. Have known him for so long and such a lovely person. Remembering when he came to fit our carpets many years ago. Did the whole house in one day and went through probably 6 pints of milk in cups of tea! Many condolences to Ellen and sending her big hugs and strength. Love Ray and Mandy x
