We are sad to announce the death of Stewart Dann Coates. Stewart passed away peacefully in hospital on 17th October 2025 aged 92.

A loving Husband, Father, Grandfather and friend to many.

Born and raised in Nottingham, a resident of the village of Ruddington for 60 years. Best known to many as the proprietor of W. Coates & Sons Ltd. Montpelier Road Dunkirk. For many years an active member of Beeston Sailing Club.
