It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our dearly loved Mum, Nana, Sister and Aunt, Marie Morris who passed away on the 10th October 2025.
Marie died peacefully at Bolton Hospice, in the room next door to where she said her goodbye to her beloved Husband, David Morris only 23 weeks ago. Marie fought a hard battle with cancer but in the end she wanted to be with her beloved Husband. Forever now reunited.
Marie's funeral will be held on Friday 24th October in the West Chapel at Overdale Crematorium. The service will start at 3pm followed by refreshments at Horwich RMI. All Marie's friends and Family are welcome to join us in celebrating her life after.
Family flowers only, please. Donations in memory of Marie will be gratefully received for Bolton Hospice, a cause close to her heart.
She will be so missed but is now reunited with her husband.
