Peacefully passed away on 13th September 2025 in the loving care of staff
at Heathfield Lodge Care Home, Swansea surrounded by his family,
Phillip formerly of Gorseinon.
Loving dad of James, Kate, Clare, Abbie and Max,
also a much loved brother, brother-in-law and uncle.
Phillip will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him.
Funeral Thursday 16th October 2025 service at Swansea Crematorium 11.30am.
Family flowers only please.
