Our funny, witty girl
Her journey began on 25th May 1995 and what a journey she had.
Her health journey began at Southend hospital and sadly ended there too but her heart was always with Great Ormond Street Hospital. They never gave up, they fought her battles with her, they gave us hope for her future. Nurses and doctors from far away were touched by her presence, her grit, her determination and she definitely left her mark.
Great Ormond Street gave us 30 of the best years and for that, thank you is never enough.
She also made so many friends from there that have left a lasting impression on us as a family as she did for them. Our heart family, always and forever.

As a family, we would like to thank everyone that has attended, donated and sent well wishes to us, it truly was so nice of you all. We are also blown away with the amount that we have raised in Jades memory and hope that it will make a difference to someone's hospital journey going forward. We are going to keep this open for as long as we can, feel free to post pictures of Jade for all to see.
