In loving memory of Wendy Radford who sadly passed away on 17th August 2025

For those of you that wasn’t aware Wendy was diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumour end of march. She went downhill quickly, ended up in hospital for 2 weeks then had to be moved to a nursing home where she passed away very peacefully, thankfully Wendy was in no pain during this time.

I will also be taking her ashes to Sorrento next August to scatter her ashes in her favourite place. X

Amy and family. I am so sorry for your sad loss. Wendy was so kind to me when I first arrived in London. Her warmth, generosity and sense of humour were a joy to be around. I was lucky enough to have her visit me when I moved to Surrey with dear Jacqui. I will remember her fondly and keep you all in my prayers in the days, months and years ahead.

Words can't express my sadness of losing Wendy, my glamorous mate of over 50 years taken from us too soon. Now in our 70s I looked forward to the future and getting old together.
Like a sister and soulmate, Wendy taught me so much, I'm grateful to her for her strength, sense of fun and her strong community spirit. I cherished our valuable time together on her final journey.
