Thank you for taking the time to visit Mark's page.
Mark passed away peacefully on Friday 25th July after living with and bravely fighting Lewy Body Dementia with Parkinson's Disease.
As a family we received wonderful support from Consultant LBD Nurse, Rachel Thompson who is funded by the Lewy Body Society.
Dementia in all it's forms is without doubt an awful condition. Lewy Body Dementia is a very complex illness which impacted Mark in more ways than we could have possibly imagined or expected.
Whilst we remember the incredible life Mark led, the love he had for his family and friends, including the terrible jokes we all endured, we take some comfort in doing all we can to raise awareness of LBD so that other families will receive the support they need.
We ask that no flowers are sent but if you would like to make a donation to the Society we are very grateful. If you have any memories of Mark you would like to share please do, they are invaluable.

Its taken me a while to process this and find the right words, and I still haven't. But I'll say this, the number of people that attended the service speaks incredible volumes of what a man he was.
I have countless found memories of Dixie a man whom I've referred to my whole life as my uncle.
You led a wonderful life with a great family around you, I will treasure every memory I have .
