The death occurred peacefully at Belmont Care Home, Tenby on Thursday 29th May 2025 of Mrs Constance Jones, affectionately known as Connie, aged 96 years of Tenby.
Dearly loved wife of the late Dennis.
Much loved Mum, Nan and Great-Nan.
Connie will be sadly missed by all her family and friends.
The funeral service will take place on Wednesday 25th June 2025 at St. Teilo & Holyrood R.C. Church, Tenby at 10.00am followed by cremation at Parc Gwyn Crematorium, Narberth at 11.30am.
