Motor Neurone Disease Association
Funeral Director
In loving memory of Emma Yeldham who sadly passed away on 16th May 2025.
The service is to be a celebration of Emma's life and not a memorial. She wanted it to be as positive and happy as possible despite such sad circumstances.
She wanted people to have a chuckle and feel comfortable. Her specific wishes on dress code were for people to "wear something they think they look good in and are comfortable in" preferably bright colours, black suits and ties are not required. She loved orange but that's not compulsory!
It is just flowers from myself, Eve and Harriet. There is a donation link set up for MNDA should anyone wish to make a donation but it is not expected.
After the service there will be a buffet and drinks at the Cadogan in Ingham all are welcome.

If you could kindly RSVP so we know how many people are attending the service and who is coming to the pub afterwards so I can manage numbers.
Emma was diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease in March 2023 after nearly a year of tests having started to struggle swallowing and walking distances.
She fought against the daily indignities she faced but was admitted to hospital on 20th April with a bad chest infection. She fought it off but it came back and on 13th May she took the brave decision that she would come home on 16th May to be sedated and have her mask removed.
This allowed her to come home and be with the people she loved most Ed, Eve & Harriet in the place she loved best. It gave her a piece of control she had lacked for the past 3 years.
