I had the pleasure of knowing Neil between 1998 and 2001. I was working in a nightclub in Mansfield called the Palais. Had some really good friends Paul Kemp and Jon Doyle Being just two of those people and that’s how I got to know Neil.

I was working behind the bar and let’s just say Neil never really paid for his drinks lol he was always a pleasure to slip him for several free pints of Fosters and whatever else I could give him.

He used to sit on a highchair and despite how drunk he was, and how many times he fell asleep, he never fell off that chair. He was a legendary.

Neil, if in some way you are reading this message, I sent you my gratitude and I send you my love
