The death occurred peacefully on Thursday 20th March 2025 at Eaton Court Care Home, Grimsby of Mrs. Hazel Patricia Dunnington, aged 89 years.
Hazel will be sadly missed by all her family and friends.
The funeral service will take place on Friday 11th April 2025 at Parc Gwyn Crematorium, Narberth at 10:45am.
