Shocked and saddened to hear of your passing. We shared a room together back in the 80s when based in Germany. I was trying to track down a few old army friends when I found out the tragic and sad news. RIP old friend. X

Thanks for your condolences Tony I did wonder if any of his former Army colleagues remembered him. I did message a Royal Corp of Signals group on FB.

A lot of people were shocked when I told them of Adrian's passing. Guess we'd not seen any posts. Tom, as we called him, was a quiet lad, but a decent guy. He was the only person to ever spark me good and proper when we did a bit of sparring/boxing. Pretty good going considering the level I eventually got too. We shared a room in Germany but he was hardly ever there as he was always off travelling somewhere. Good guy, and very sad that he's no longer with us as it would've been nice to of been back in touch.
