Fare the well Kim. A memory that comes to mind was the efforts you put in BBQing, on one such occasion we had planned one and it started raining, and determined you BBQed for us at my place with shielded by an umbrella. That was your determination.
In my early days of PhDing, you did your part in gently warning me about what to expect but strongly encouraging me to push on. I am grateful for that.

To Susan, Roy, Ricky and the rest of the family, may the memories that you shared bring you joy, smiles and may they see you through the most dark days that follow the loss of your loved one.

A few words from a well known poem -

Laugh as you always laughed
at the little jokes you all enjoyed together.
Play, smile, think of John. Pray for him.
Let his name be ever the household word
that it always was.

May John rest well.

It's difficult to express in words the joy and peace you brought to 4 young men whom you took under your wing and became a dad to us all, so far away from home. We felt safe with you and that memory will always be part of our lives. Your legacy lives on through us and the many souls you impacted. Thank you Sir. Shalom to All as we share this moment together. Rest easy with all the angels that you have joined in heaven John.
