Peacefully, following a brave battle with illness, on April 18th aged 66 years, Geoffrey (Giff). The dearly loved dad of Joshua and dear father-in-law of Karis, cherished brother of Kevin, Jill, the late David and loving brother-in-law of Wendy and John. A much-loved uncle and good friend of many. Loved and remembered always, rest easy.
A private service will be held in Durham Crematorium on Friday April 26th.

Giff will be sadly missed by myself and Jean, I went through infants, juniors and senior school with my
mate. We had some great laughs over the years. Giff and all his mates could have wrote a best sellar. R.I.P Geoff.

I was shocked to hear that Giff has passed. He has been taken far too early. I remember our drinking sessions in the Golden Lion and our trips to Whitley Bay. Giff was generous, kind and always available to listen if you had a problem. My condolences to his family at this sad time.
