There are so many things to be grateful for in my life but the thing I am most grateful for is that I was given a Nan like you. I am so lucky to have such special memories with you that I will cherish forever.

I hope you are giving them hell up there Nan, showing them who the new queen in town is. I hope you are teaching them your silly rhymes, your football chants and reuniting with your loved ones.
