James George Brendon Dourish was a beloved son, fiance, grandson, nephew and friend. He adored the characteristic sights of Dover, such as the Western Heights, underground bunkers and beaches. He went to St Richards Catholic Primary School and St Edmunds Secondary School in Dover. He then studied catering at Boston College and Thanet College and utilised his talents and skills with food, such as butchering and bread baking. He pursued a noble career in care, and changed the lives of many with disabilities.
James enjoyed camping and socialising with his friends. When he moved to Folkestone in 2017, he loved walks with the dogs and his fiancée Michelle along the Leas and the Warren. He was always an explorer and continued to discover new places and enjoy life with his close friends and family until he passed away too soon on Wednesday 28th February 2024, at the age of 28.
