Maureen passed away peacefully at home after a short battle with cancer.
Maureen was the heart and soul of her family, and she will be dearly missed.

A lovely lady showing a huge commitment to the children of Hylton Castle. Growing up, I have many lovely memories of how she looked after us and always made such a fuss of all of us. She certainly made the Wednesday discos happen and they were a highlight of our childhood's.My thoughts are with her family at this very sad time 💔
