In loving memory of Alan Cooper who sadly passed away on 4th February 2024
It was an absolute pleasure to have known and become friends with Scally.
Outstanding chess computer programmer....we had great fun getting computer programs to function on the Raspberry Pi. Strong programs, indeed, beyond world champ strength.
Very sorry to hear of Al's passing.
I still hear his actual voice on my DGT Pi system....so he will always still be around when I play chess.

Dear Craig, Thank you for your kind donation. Sorry I could not message you but I never had your contact details. Alan went into the Hospice on Friday 2nd February and passed on the Sunday morning 5.10 am 4th February. He spoke very fondly of you and many of the others he met while cruising. There is a big void in my life now and miss him so much. Take care all the best. Jeanette
