I learned of dear Joyce's passing with sadness and loss, of course, but also very positively because of her very strong and lasting influence on all the people she knew. In my case, I greatly benefited from her kind and very practical, quiet nature - for example, her genuine and generous hospitality towards fellow "Twinners" at her home. Importantly, Joyce's long and rewarding life is also to be celebrated at this important time.

So sad to see the passing of Joyce, my closest cousin in age. Lovely memories of our childhood, even if she a was a girl and I was a boy!
That calm voice and cheerful approach to life, even with all the challenges the were thrown at her. Never to be forgotten.
