Peacefully, with family at her side, on February 4th aged 87 years, Betty (née Bowman). The beloved wife of the late Charlie, much-loved mam of Barry, John and mother-in-law of Jean and Sue. The treasured nanna of Rebecca, Sarah, Laura, Jessica, a dear great-nanna and great-great-nanna. The dearly loved sister of Jen and sister-in-law of John, a dear auntie, cousin and friend of many. Forever in our hearts.

Family and friends please meet on Friday February 23rd for service in Independent Methodist Church, Hetton-le-Hole at 10:30am, committal to follow in Sunderland Crematorium. Family flowers only, donations in lieu kindly received for British Heart Foundation. A donation box will be available in the church. Please join the family afterwards in Hetton Big Club for refreshments.
